Miss Rodeo North Dakota 2010 - Tiffany Kuntz

Meet Tiffany | Upcoming Appearances | Proud Partners

Tiffany Kuntz, MRND 2010“Find the courage to take risks, have the strength to be compassionate, and the wisdom to be humble.”  These are the words that the 2010 Miss Rodeo North Dakota, Tiffany Kuntz has learned to live by. She embraces the honor to represent North Dakota and is dedicated to one of the only sports that originated from the skills required in a working situation.

On October 11th, 2009 at the Badlands Circuit Finals Rodeo, Tiffany earned the privilege of representing rodeo and North Dakota as Miss Rodeo North Dakota 2010. She also captured the categories of personality, appearance, horsemanship, and speech award en route to her title.

A proud North Dakota cowgirl, Tiffany Kuntz, is the 24-year old daughter of Albert and Linda Kuntz of Bismarck.  She pursued an Animal Science Major, with an Equine Minor at South Dakota State University and now looks forward to continuing her education at the University of Mary.  Tiffany was an active member of the South Dakota State University Horse Club, Ag-Bio Ambassador Program, and Collegiate 4-H.

While growing an incredible passion for horses and the great sport of rodeo Tiffany has held the titles of Miss Rodeo North Dakota Winter Show, and Miss Rodeo Prairie Rose. She was an active member of 4-H and FFA and continues to support these organizations through coaching and leadership programs. She is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association, Arabian Horse Association, Percheron Horse Association and the National Reining Horse Association. Aside from her many horse and rodeo related activities, Tiffany also enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, painting, cooking, fishing and taking her team of percherons on a relaxing wagon ride along the country side.

Rodeo and horses have been an influential part of Tiffany's life.  The life lessons gained from rodeo and the western way of life has taught her to always “shoot for the moon, because even if you miss you land among the stars.”  This lesson has helped Kuntz encourage others to follow their dreams and set high standards and goals for themselves.  As Miss Rodeo North Dakota 2010 she plans to represent and share those pivotal values while promoting RODEO.

Tiffany is excited about the future of rodeo and will be working hard as she prepares to represent North Dakota in the 2011 Miss Rodeo America pageant next December in Las Vegas, Nevada, held in conjunction with the 2010 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

Miss Rodeo North Dakota Pageant Association is always looking for young women of exceptional character who are willing to lead by example as they further the sport of rodeo and promote the Western way of life with the utmost professionalism and sincerity.   Please visit  www.missrodeond.org for more information about becoming Miss Rodeo North Dakota.
